Shipping & Delivery

At this time, AEI STUDIO AND GIFTS ships merchandise to locations within the United States We do not ship to nor accept returns from locations outside the United States. AEI STUDIO AND GIFTS online store does not sell to nor ship to countries outside of the United States.

Return Policy

Items purchased from AEI STUDIO AND GIFTS Online may be returned within 21 days of receipt. The item must be unused and in re-sellable condition as determined by our inspection. All tags must be attached, and all packaging materials included. To return an item for refund or exchange, you must first contact us to request a Return Authorization Code. This code must appear on the outside of the return package. Packages received without the code will be sent back to you. All items returned to AEI Studio and Gifts must be shipped prepaid....no COD's.
